Like globaldata said in a earlier post, this is very "A" Typical scenerio of a pennyland stock.....Millions and millions of shares are typically shoveled out to insiders (BOD, CEO, family, friends) and the shareholders/supporters get stuck holding the bag, hence "Bag Holders".......
This type of action is not a new concept by any stroke of the pen....

After the bell this afternoon and hopefully before 11:59pm pacific time, we wil get to see what we all have been thinking but most afraid to say or admit...JMHO
