DUSS is a possible merger candidate with eMONEco Inc IMO. They were previously in the mining industry and have mineral claims that they may have to dilute for financing. Donald E. Latson is the CEO of eMONEco Inc. and also on Prospect Ventures BOD. Additional funding will likely come from equity financing from the sale of their common stock or sale of part of their interest in their mineral claims.
