Why is it that some VC's can be greedy and some can't? Something in the notes agreement?

Have no idea why the need for greed doesn't effect Ashers actions, positively driving price higher for larger gain, like most VC's. But there is nothing in any debit doc's which can dictate price levels of selling. Only amounts which can be converted/sold. Or levels bought at (discounts from VWPA).
