PPHM vs CSM from error to sabotage.

The first amendment text in the lawsuit of PPHM vs CSM very possibly surprised most of you. The general sentiment was that we would never know what happened at Fargo, by whom, how and why. Well we cannot deny that certainly an important, maybe not all, number of questions have been answered in the last filing.

The board has been speculating in the past about the possible involvement of Jeanette Bleecker and/or
Angela Thompson.

Not that it is conclusive now but the filings clearly assign blame to a her/she (female), timestamps the events at the start of the 2nd ln NSCLC in 2010 and names the function of the person they point to as "Project Manager". By elimination we have two candidates at PPHM unless we missed some. One was as well Project Manager as Team Leader and notice how PPHM describes the status as "agent" and/or "employee". I think JB's double function in her linked in comes quite close.

Here we can see both at work at CSM. It is undeniable that both qualify to match the information given by the PPHM lawyers. That does however not prove any guilt.

But there are TWO profiles here. Chris (IR) never confirmed the NAME of the CSM woman involved. When asked he replied "The woman has her lawyer... we have our legal". The woman!!! That can be either of both, both and if another person qualifies even neither of both.

So I think the last word hasn't yet been said about this.

We can however say that now that sabotage is no longer a dirty word when it comes to qualifying the dose switching, PPHM officially used the word fraud in the filling, and that if it would turn out that either one or both above ladies where involved, that this board was certainly a very early source of information on facts that are only confirmed now.

And there is still the 1st ln NSCLC clinical trial.
