Patience, that all it's going to take! We are all only waiting for the PP to close. Typical trading in a PP scenario. They don't generally stack the bid during the process because they know someone looking to buy into the the private placement would just dump at .55 if they could and buy into the placement.

They would than get the benefit of a warrant to go with it to buy more at no cost unless exercised. Of course they would likely only do that at a profit if the stock soars beyond the warrant exercise price. Very likely to happen here.
