Believe what you want, no problem with me. I have posted here many times the reasons I believe what I have stated is true, and it is not my job or intent to change anyone's mind. It is, however, the only explanation I know of that not only explains everything that has transpired in the markets and has also been predictive of what will happen.

Remember I fought the Fed for a good while even knowing what they were doing - I just did not believe they could continue to do it. When I was finally convinced that maybe they could continue to run the markets up (#msg-922744) around mid month last month, I covered most of the rest of my shorts (I finished covering shortly after that for the same reason #msg-923833, #msg-920311). I predicted he would take out the highs, and when he did, I said he would not stop there and would continue to drive the markets higher (#msg-940664) and thought targets of 1530 NAZ/8900DJ might be possible (#msg-948115).

I said as the markets were rising toward the old highs, that AG would try to bust right through them quickly without a big correction first like everyone was calling for because that way he could trap the most shorts to help the next leg up. When he did so, I predicted he would continue to drive it higher (#msg-967263, #msg-969938). When the market dumped because of the sharp drop in the dollar last week, I said that he would attempt to hold the markets and would take them back through the highs at the first chance he got for the same reason, probably Friday (#msg-978690, #msg-979590, #mgs-979779). Finally, I predicted last weekend that he would continue to drive the markets up today (#msg-106360).

Fundamentals, charts and indicators all said the exact opposite - the difference is that I am using the charts much less and watching AG much more. Believe what you want, it has certainly improved my trading in this market and for me that is the bottom line.
