A dispensary is probably the easiest model, but it doesn't spark the imagination very much as there is a limit to how much you can sell from any one location. That is unless it is in Denver, is big, and offers the best prices and best selection of paraphernalia, T-Shirts, etc. ie, the Walmart of Pot.
