Is the market for this as big in Europe anyway?

1.)They don't spend as much time in their cars

2.)Not sure they feel the same need to be constantly entertained.

3.)We have a big country with a large variety of english language programming. How much programming is available in Icelandic? (yes I know alot of Europeans speak English)
