Those charts were done with Schwab's StreetSmart Edge. It's a nice program and free to their clients. They also have extremely helpful support for it. When I first signed up for the program a few years ago they scheduled a phone conference with me and gave me a personal, hands-on tutorial that took a couple of hours.
