That is why I think we might have sector rotation come into play. Previous new high leaders (like yahoo) are going up on less volume but there are some others that didn't get to new highs that are rising on increasing volume (like TOY.... a stock everyone hated but had a decent valuation and still does, that has suddenly seems to have nice interest with increasing volume).
