Well I think it already has been worked out verbally, maybe not on paper yet but many offers im sure have come in.I know they have a value of what they think the number should be and will not take less.That being said im sure the verbal agreement was based off of PHASE IIA results. But remember they only want to partner with someone who has PD-1. So the partner will likely be announced before Melanoma Phase IIB And the announcement of there 4th clinical trial using a PD-1'S. But to think they will be partnerless beyond 5 months from now would be ludicrous. Im sure they have had many offers and ONCS is in a position to say nono.What we have everyone would want but we need someone with a PD-1.
