I cant understand why they would be on pump and dump list.

No need to be giving them any more exposure than they get at the moment.

Two camps - the ones that can read financial reports and filings that show what their business strategy is and how well they are executing it - if they close the auto manufacturer deal then probably have met their sales requirement for this year AND production plans for next year.

The other camp is looking backwards at their past erors and necessary financing.

Once the direction comes clear - may be the Q1 numbers in Mid May and certainly Q2 numbers in August the camps will all be one.

It isnt a penny stock so pump and dump campaigns should not be moving this at all - it is hedge funds and investment firms fighting not day traders IMHO.
