Promo Tickers are getting the CE Tier sometimes too, most of the time it doesn't effect the price. In this case, imo the odds are for the Company and not against them.
It SEEMS as they have a product that MIGHT sell.
So far i can't see it anywhere for sale.
I'm looking at this stuff very optimistic, but i'm also very interested in the new Filings from the CO that should explain a lot of open questions like current O/S, Float, Officers etc.
I wouldn't mind to wait for it at a higher pps
but it will be, what it will be. People will have to decide what their Risk/Reward Level is here. Going by yesterdays trading the Float SEEMS to be pretty tightly held.
