here are my thoughts on the news that will be out on thursday or friday (since they said they don't typically release on those days due to slow trading) this "news" will be something they cannot control the timing of. Like the NAME/TICKER change.
here is my reasoning. NV SOS filings and fees paid on the 6th, one week later the annual report is updated, (and i think a name/ticker change submitted at the same time). 10 business days later equals march 28th.
this is all IMO obviously. but the company has not let us down and has followed what they have told us all along. so that being said, if they were to deviate from this it would be a forced deviation, 10 day waiting period, and come out on a non monday-wedensday release.
