PRPM - Edward Vasker Remains associated with PSPM. I also find it very disconcerting that while the company has stated that Edward (Eddie) Vasker will be removed from the company's filings, the company has failed distance itself from Eddie Vasker and in fact news today demonstrates that PRPM has no intention of severing ties to Mr. Vasker. It would appear by PRPM's association with Eddie Vasker via TDEY is only going to continue.

Even though the PPS is staying fairly stable and their stated course of action would sound favorable, I haven't seen any verifiable evidence which would indicate a factual follow through on this course.
