It looks like there going to be a secondary and someone is interested in bringing the price up. After that - look out below. I am playing SIRI that have already converted most of its debt and I think are much safer bet at this point.
But the main question is how many people would pay 10 - 13 dollars a month for their service. They both need 2-3 million subs to breakeven, and after that they will be a cash cows (until some new technology comes up).
I am interested because I think most of the people who spend more than an hour a day in their cars will subscribe.
