Hello everyone! Just want to shed a little bit of light on our deal announced today. As I had announced we are focusing in on the supply area of our plan now to ensure we secure as many growers as possible early on as legalization spreads. I also stated we would continue with all existing projects as we believe they are all ground breaking and leading edge in the industry. MaryGen came from my idea book and I believe it will have tremendous national appeal as states ad the federal government fall in line with legalization. I presented the package and the contractor to 3rd EYE and negotiated what I believe is an excellent deal for our shareholders that gives us a equity stake (50,000 preferred shares of tdey convertible at any time on a 1000 to 1 conversion rate) if converted at the time I am posting would be worth $850,000. TDEY will also be making public the software contactor who is completing the software, a 20 year veteran of the ERP software industry with successful experience in aircraft, auto, and pharmaceutical industries. It also guarantees the our product will be finished and we will have the right to use for our company and aid in distribution. Im very happy with this deal and when shareholders take a hard look im sure they will to.
