It doesn't matter how much great news news we get or how wonderful developments occur, the pps will go up a little or a lot, and then the mm's will just manipulate the price back down to even lower levels. I have watched this same scenario play out repeatedly. IMO I have come to believe that the only way for any Penney stock company to truly appreciate to higher levels and remain there they will have to show and report significant REVENUES along with potential to continue achieving increasing revenues from then on. Then the company will have true value along with potential. This is only for longs. Until that happens these stocks are only for flippers and shorters. Everything else is just BS and time passing by waiting for those revenues. I have very significant investment in this company, I am a true long, and have faith and belief of great things to come along with great future revenue potential. Can half of the bloggers on this board say the same thing?
