You know, Randall Goulding (Nutmeg Group) has had his share of legal problems. Found this from a poster months ago when I thought the deal with Nutmeg didn't go through. Not sure it means anything to us here, but just thought I'd share what I find.

"...mr. goulding, given your past legal problems, do you really want the court to circumvent rule 5?...its a federal offense...it would require you to RETURN to prison and the issuer to go to prison..."
