FROZ PR update I have left a phone message for Mr. Irwin and an email for investors relations at FROZ. I will post any response I get.
We should be looking to FROZ for a PR not just APT. While it would be great if APT said something, there is a need for FROZ to let investors know where they stand on getting this deal closed, specifically the debt reduction and stock dilution. Until we get this the pps may continue to be challenged. I encourage stockholders to contact Froz management and let them know that these concerns need to be addressed in a public statement. With that aside, once this merger is complete this will be a strong company with strong management, strong revenues, strong market presence and excellent growth/expansion opportunity.
