I disagree with the summarization of the PVEC forum and the company's interaction with shareholders who wish to view the forum.

It does indeed seem as though the new PVEC team is polarizing investors with a preference toward investors who appear to be "true believers."

This is inaccurate as I have read a fair share of posts of shareholders who express their concerns on the company forum over the current PPS and frequently request an update to previous news releases.

Investors who question the company may find themselves locked out from future communication or from even being able to read the supposedly public forums. Additionally, members of the public and PVEC investors are now required to register an ID which will log their IP address before they can access and read the PVEC forums.

This is a an intrusive move. The PVEC team even tracks IP addresses of people who simply read the forum and blocks the IP addresses of people it does not want to have future access to the forum regardless of whether there was any infraction. An increasingly large number of people are apparently being blocked by the PVEC team.[/I]

It is not uncommon for visitors to forums to have their IP address identified during their visits. In that regard the PVEC forum is no different than any other forum out there.

There are lots of reasons why a company may choose to deny access to their forum. One reason that any given public company may ban a particular IP address from accessing that company's website discussion forum is because they have identified that particular IP address as being associated with an individual who has shown a desire to do that company harm.

This may include but is not limited to harassment, defamation, stalking etc.....

I personally know of companies, unrelated to PVEC, that have banned particular IP addresses from accessing their websites for the above examples noted as well as others and any company that chooses to do so is well within its rights.

Since the new PVEC team is so intent blocking most of the public from reading their forums, perhaps Kerry and Jason could begin to use the "Newsletter" link to update the public on current events and frequently asked questions (FAQ) such as regarding the status of the Series C "gift distribution."

For a company that claims to be transparent, PVEC seems to go to extreme lengths to do the opposite.[/I]

I am confident that PVEC will keep its shareholders informed as, they have been doing, through press releases that will be released as the company deems appropriate. As much as I wish for PVEC to keep me abreast of the goings on within the company daily I know that I have no impact on the timeliness of any future news releases.
