Clearly it was later clarified after that phone call that it was not happening at that time, but maybe in the future. Remember that? That was before the RS, wasn't it? Doubt if any Institutional Buyers would have been seriously interested in a sub-penny stock that continued to hover around the 000's, would they? I highly doubt it and that turned out to be true. This stock was nothing more than a sub penny flippers paradise.

And i thought we will have Institutional Share buyers ( open Markets) as it was tweeted, Not sure what happen to them.
