ThatBobGuy, one other thing, per the filings, those same Private Placement have had a SB2 on file with company, for the Company to sell 11,600,000 shares with a ASK price of $0.375, and have had that since 2010, 2011, and 2012 it fell off around 2013, they never did sell, just the filing quit showing up in the Company's filings, I would guess they still want that pps $0.375
