Mullan and Chapman have no real skin in the game. They collect larege salaries whether the produce something or they don't. How much of their net worth is tied up in STSI stock? My guess is almost none. If they never produce anything and the stock sinks to say $0.10, they will walk away just fine. Shareholders on the other hand will have been continued losers.
