The housing market in Ca. has been extreme for years now, but my question is who would want to buy a house in Ohio? (g)
Seriously though the past 5 years growth in real estate prices in stronger markets of Ca. has been in the 80- to over 100% range. Those prices are estimated to appreciate another 10-11% this next year. So the bubble will continue in real estate until a better bubble starts. Maybe the stock market or tulips or ????
