You're not supposed to see price movement when a ceo actively pursues a 24.39% buyback of an o/s count. PRPM may have been a fun flip stock, but until the buyback is complete, that type of fun is on hold. The stock is still trading 1100%-1200% above where it was 2 months ago. There are no current issues with the pps
