Copyright on flyer says 2012. If you look hard enough on page 12 of the August 2013 10Q filed with SEC you'll find Jonway factories cant produce an electric Alias, Sharkee or any electric vehicle. Then if you look further you'll find that they have built ZERO of them for sale or delivery. So taking deposits without delivery is FRAUD where I come from. Maybe not so in China.. nice picture but a picture without substance is Vaporware...

And the address they mention on that Flyer 501 4th Street Santa Rosa,California is no longer their address or showroom. The largest Shareholder in ZAAP has it for lease since ZAAP missed paying him back his 10 Million dollars. That address is currently for lease You need to get better sources of information. Why is it Zapjonway hasn't posted any press releases on its website for 2013 or 2014? Is it still in business in China?
