There won't be a dividend announcement.

Why?

It would be offered as a cash dividend or a share dividend. No lie, they have ZERO cash, and they do not have enough shares authorized to issue a share dividend.

The company was quiet as a stone for months... The stock fell to $0.0004. A slow climb took it off those lows to $0.0007 where volume, ahead of a flurry of PR's took it from $0.0007 to today's high of $0.0040 during which time traders witness record breaking volume with multiple sessions trading in excess of 100 million shares.

It was a pump... And now it's a dump.

Look at sister company revolutionary concepts. Look at my calls to sell them at/near the highs and to continue to avoid.. Highs were $0.035...current price $0.0081.
