You try and get money from your Uncle and Cousins to buy supplies and ingredients for your business to keep the show running.
A. Your parents now get 50% equity B. your uncles and cousins probably now get 25% C. YOU now get 25%
The reality is that your parents are now going to get much, much less than 50%. Your "uncles and cousins" now hold most of the shares.
In WafR's case the increase to 9,000,000,000 wasn't a split. Oh, no. Those poor suckers who "lent" Roger Goetz money ceased to hold a "proportionate" share of an already worthless company. They now own tiny slivers of that company.
All thanks to the "goodness" of WaFR management.
MAYBE Cyril and Teresa will find some functioning company with "$1 million" in revenue as they've stated; maybe they'll even talk them into a merger with some of the 9 Billion shares.
But anyone would be a fool to do so. Look at Roger. He held a majority interest post merger and WaFR revoked it! Did they just take his shares back? Or was there some unreleased agreement between WaFR and Roger? (And what DID Louis Deancona get when he VANISHED from the merger??)
