No I understand. This is not a loan in any sense. It is equity and that is why it can't be paid back except under the conditions of the preferred equity arrangement as you stated. On the other hand, I also do not believe it prevents us from issuing more shares which would mean our poison pill could still be used as far as I understand. Which was the point of my post.
