I agree. I'm also not a fan of the "if you don't like it, leave." attitude that he displayed. It's the same thing that you hear from posters here if you disagree with somtheing management does or doesn't do. In my opinion, if you are a shareholder and you disagree with the ways things are being done, you have the right to voice your disagreement. I liken it to a citizen voicing his disageement with government decisions he's opposed to.
He also seemed overly concerned about a complaint to the SEC. If your house is clean, you really shouldn't be too concerned.
PPHM management is not shareholder friendly. There's a revelation for you.
