You know much about retail? HD might be the leader, but LOW has of late been leaving them in the dust as far as growth is concerned. HD has run out of places to put stores, and when putting them to close together, the newer ones have been taking away sales from it's own stores. LOW still has plenty of room to grow and it will be HD it will be taking sales away from, not itself. Plus you have to wonder if the former GE guy now running HD really even knows what he is doing.
