I am a little bit more hopeful than usual because:
1) CEO is in the country now
2) EXIM bank is showing funds available for Niger
3) CEO spoke as if the deal was close to being finalized.
Of course I would never bet the kids tuition money on it but I am, and choose to be, very hopeful that he gets the contract. The great thing is that it's not a project that is going to take years to complete - it's completed once the trucks are delivered.
