J, it costs a lot to live in New Orleans...In the actual newscast, they said that $250K may not come anywhere near covering the losses of many...They must not have been showing a lot of pictures of the tore up bigger houses...It hasn't been a winter to cool the oceans a lot, for sure...LJ
