This stock must have very low float, that means the 36,000,000+ OS must be owned buy company shareholders. When someone buys shares it affects the value due to extremely low float. Once the value goes up they sell their shares at the high ask, thus causing the float to increase and pps to go down due to increased float. I can guarantee nobody will find out the actual float.
