But wishing it so - or saying it must happen or the court system in Delaware would collapse - does not make it true

We know the money that is visible - we know the accounting - we know all public documents

They support what WithC is saying - or repeating

Are there secret deals?
Are there hidden dollars?

I hope so - but to say WithC is being of opinion is wrong - WithC is stating what is known publicly

Those who tell us the Escrows will or must pay off are IMO well intentioned but looking for a rationale for why Sussman folded or how we could get so cheated

Well maybe Sussman folded under pressure we do not know of and the 11 process already stole all the money I saw that should have gone to equity

The 11 process like the world is not fair
