The Standing Order had to be vacated as part of the concessions in mediation. No one that I know of is saying the Standing Order is still in play. It was just big leverage, leverage enough for POR7 details to be changed in Equity's favor.

As I've said before, nothing about this plan is transparent. I believe this opaque plan is on purpose. I have no clue as to how much or where dollars are "legally" placed. I just know that there is a possibility, and the amount may be in the Billions.
