Question about Divy Certificates


So how do you trade the stock? Do u send the certificates to your brokerage? Like optionsxpress wont let you transfer in some OTC stocks. So Im prolly going to have to get an account with someone who will accept them, anyone know which online brokerage will for sure accept them?
