The necessaries for a class action suit are in place:
1. We can point to an event or events which resulted in damages inflicted on fannie shareholders.
These events would be:
a. The government 2012 Third Amendment sweep of dividends.
b. The government misstating or misrepresenting the value of fannie to investors, and specifically witholding that they intended for fannie shareholders to never receive profits from fannie again.


2. Damages occurred where shareholders lost both dividends and shareholder value.

3. Directors were put in place to make decisions regarding fannie in conflict with fannie shareholder interests.

Mostly, now we need a law firm to initiate the class action suit, along with at least some fannie shareholders joining the suit.
