First off you have to have the rocks. That is the starting point and something SRSR has.
Second you need capital to do something with the rocks.
Scott seems to me to be quite knowledgeable about the rocks and what they mean.
He doesn't seem to be an enthusiastic salesman, which is needed.
I don't know enough about the decisions made to go the route of not getting the NI and the uplist done previously.
They were discussed subjects and PR fodder?
I can only assume due to interest by HKHE and the SOE who paid for the privilege of having a LOI that there was confidence the geology proof was sufficient.
As those deals didn't work out I again assume that it was felt others would take their spot. When that didn't happen a new plan was designed.
Not sure that is a horrible CEO but maybe one who didn't plan as well as possible for contingencies.
I still expect to see this work out even though it's taken far longer than expected.
