INET, there was never need for Private Placement investors if the company would have done what many others do: secure conventional financing for what should have always been the priority, that is, the advancement of the technology. But conventional financing would have been hard to get when the company's first priority has been to pay for the outrageous salaries, bonuses and compensations that have sunk the company into well over $20 million in losses.

That was one of the basic reasons I always called for shareholders to exercise their right to inspect the books of the company and hold it accountable for the money spent. The vigurous and effective opposition to such a measure by a few insiders and associates on the boards has always been a clear sign that the company will do whatever it takes to prevent such an inspection to ever happen. You yourself were a strong oppositor.

There is nothing negative in holding the company accountable for what it does with OUR technology and OUR money. But there is something very negative about closing an eye and give the company free hand to do what has been proven to be actions that have hurt shareholders many times over many years.

Your problem with me has been, as you say "trying to set me straight". Did it ever cross your mind that, perhaps it is you who needs to be set straight? The thousands and thousands of dollars you have invested in this nightmare is clouding your judgment and instintively will cause you to reject any red flag of warning. You have lost your objectivity and hang on to a hope that is close to impossible. In an ideal world, management is caring, compassionate and generous towards shareholders. But we are far from living in an ideal world.

Eventually you will one day wake up and face reality. I hope the hit in your pocket and bank account will not be to devastating.
