Without personally understanding it yet, I would hope and it sounds so far like the many "transactions" would be related to deals with prospective companies, venture agreements etc.. they plan to pursue. Maybe I'm wrong but it could mean it is easier and cheaper to issue and increase new shares. I noticed on otc it said unlimited authorized shares.
New to this, I will try to understand more.
