That's why someone needs to think outside of the box. If there is ever a case lower price for a huge indication like HCV makes sense, this is it. The cost discussion has just started, not going to go away for years to come. If Sovaldi is going to be used by similar number of people like Incivek/Vectrelis, no one is going to discuss this right now.
