Besides, the SEC and FINRA probably have to start picking their targets more carefully after being humiliated by their target Mark Cuban, (see: http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2013-10-16/billionaire-mark-cuban-found-not-liable-in-sec-lawsuit.html ) nor are they likely to want to waste what little precious resources they have going after legitimate companies like NTEK when there are so many other "ripe for the picking" cases they could build their confidence back up with. imo
