Unfortunately it's not as the person I have been dealing through email is telling me that the press release I sent him when the distribution was completed on 3/4/2013 is related to BVIG and is not related to the KATX dividend... lol

Are you getting a corrected 1099B? If so, did they end up using the cost basis provided on Form 8937?
