17 days ago someone changed the name of this corporation from PROTEK CAPITAL to LUXURIANT HOLDINGS with the Wyoming Secretary of State. That was on 3/3/14.

Doesn't anyone find it strange that Luther R Jeffries >>DID NOT<< add himself as CEO at that time even though he was named as such by Eddie on December 19th?

Doesn't anyone find it strange that the >>ONLY<< officer/ director listed on those official filings --TO THIS VERY DAY-- is Eddie Vakser who is identified as "President & Director"

IMO Luther Jeffries is a fiction... a fraud with zero power otherwise he would fix these embarrassments. Not doing so continues to prove Eddie is still running the show.
