Db were is O/S headed. To 2.5 billion A/S. They never have failed to hit the new A/S level before. Why start now. The real question is when they max it out again. What is next move increase that or do anotrher huge r/s like before. Prefers still have voting control like always. It's up to them when that happens. The track record of them diluting and tanking price has never changed for years. Increasing a/s back to 2.5 billion shows nothing changed. They will still dilute common by billions. Clearly new shares are filling all the volume for weeks now. Goes right along with increase in A/S. With all the volume if not for new shares dumped this would run much bigger. Dilution is what QASp sells.
