INET, there is nothing negative in pointing out those issues and aspects of the company I am invested in that could jeopardize my investment. To the contrary.
Management is getting very well paid (perhaps more than they deserve) precisely to do a good job. They do us no favor in doing whatever it takes to start producing revenues and add value to our investment. After all, that's what we are paying them for. They are supposed to perform. But, when they don't, it is our responsibility to hold them accountable.
35,000 sharehoders are being held hostage by a few dozen Private Placement investors, insiders and associates. And you are naive beyond any reasonable doubt if you think that this elite group gives a dime for you and me as long as THEY can make it. And they will make it, always, as long as they continue to hold their ability to control the price at their whim, and as long as we don't band together as original owners of the company and hold them responsible for milking the life out of the stock.
Wait for the additional 10 million shares to hit the market. Current PP investors and insiders will continue to dump their discounted and free shares before the flood. After that, who knows.
