take a careful look at the numbers of last reported cases, on a county by country basis.

I have ploted the data from mid march. it has stopped being a power function and now is hyperbolic and flattening in most places.

china is the only place it is active. go to cdc look up archives and plot cumulative cases with time and also new cases with time. see what you get. If it can be controlled in hanoi and singapore, it can be controlled in china, and they have done some very draconian things recently that are likely to be sucessful.
