You just slide in slowly as your stocks reach their discounts, recently I reentered POOL, AGM and MAXF not paying much more (and in case of AGM actually less) than the last exit, and raise your exposure as I have suggested for as little while here. I still don't think it is the beginning of the real cyclical bull though some signs are there, too many other signs are not.
